Provision of an online form for the declaration
Valo Sync provides an online form dedicated to Prior Acceptance Documents for inert materials, allowing suppliers and producers to declare their materials in advance, directly from a web portal.
The information entered via the form is centralised in Valo Sync, where it can be analysed, validated and monitored by the operations teams from a dedicated management portal.
The process is deliberately smooth and accessible:
The producer or supplier completes an online form describing the origin of the materials, their nature, the site or construction site concerned and the information required for acceptance.
The teams then access these declarations from Valo Sync, via a centralised web portal, to review the requests, validate or reject the DAPs, and define the conditions for acceptance.
Once validated, the DAP becomes the operational reference for on-site deliveries, weighings, delivery notes and, where applicable, the associated regulatory traceability.
